Here are a few helpful tips to make sure your time at Akron-Canton Airport is smooth sailing: 

Address 

• 5400 Lauby Rd NW; North Canton, OH 44720 

Departure 

• We suggest arriving 2 hours before your scheduled departure time.  
• Our ticket counter opens 2 hours before departure. Airport Team Members are available during this time to check bags and support Guests' questions. 
• Our ticket counter is located through Departures, Door 1, by Allegiant and United. 
• Checked bags must be checked in no later than 45 minutes before departure. This is when our ticket counter closes. 
• If you don't have any bags to check, head straight to the security checkpoint. 
• Your gate number can be found on your boarding pass and the airport displays. Generally, we'll be using Gate 2. 
• Be at the gate ready to board no later than 30 minutes before departure. 

Arrival 

• If you've checked bags, follow airport signs to the bag claim. 
• Please check the display board for bag claim carousel details. 
• Generally, we'll be using Bag Carousel 3. 

Transportation 

• Covered and uncovered short-term parking options are available within walking distance of the terminal. 
• Long-term parking is available with a free shuttle service. 
• Bus services are available from Akron Metro and SARTA. 
• Vehicle rental, taxi service, and rideshare are also available at the airport.
