Here are some helpful tips to make sure your time at Patrick Leahy Burlington International Airport is smooth sailing: 

Address 

• 1200 Airport Dr; South Burlington, VT 05403 

Departure 

• We suggest arriving 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. 
• Our ticket counter opens 2 hours before departure. Airport Team Members are available during this time to check bags and support Guests' questions. 
• Our ticket counter is on the first floor, next to Delta and American. 
• Checked bags must be checked in no later than 45 minutes before departure. This is when our ticket counter closes. 
• If you don't have any bags to check, head straight to the security checkpoint. 
• Your gate number can be found on your boarding pass and the airport displays. Generally, we'll be using Gate 15. 
• Be at the gate ready to board no later than 30 minutes before departure. 

Arrival 

• If you've checked bags, follow airport signs to the bag claim area on the first level. 
• Please check the display board for bag claim carousel details. 

Transportation 

• Short- and long-term parking options are available in a multi-level, covered garage within walking distance of the terminal. 
• A surface lot is available for oversized vehicles to park. 
• Rental car counters are on the main floor of the terminal next to the baggage carousels. 
• Rideshare and taxis are available, as well as connections from the airport with Green Mountain Transit Purple Line bus service.
