Here are some helpful tips to make sure your time at Cancun International Airport is smooth sailing:
Departure
  • We suggest arriving 3 hours before your scheduled departure time.
  • We're in Terminal 4, Cancun's newest terminal. While we don't have official curbside assistance, there are skycaps available to assist who work for cash tips.
  • Our check-in counter location is assigned by the airport on the day of the flight. Please look for Breeze signs.
  • Our check-in counter opens 3 hours before departure time to verify documentation, check bags, and support Guests' questions.
  • Checked bags must be checked in no later than 1 hour before departure. This is when our counter closes.
  • Gates are assigned on the day of the flight. Your gate number can be found on your boarding pass and airport displays.
  • Be at the gate ready to board no later than 45 minutes before departure.
  • You'll be using a jet bridge to board the plane.
Arrival
  • If you've checked bags, follow airport signs to the bag claim.
  • Please check the display board for bag claim carousel details.
Transportation
  • While some rental car companies have desks in the airport terminals, most are located off site via shuttles.
  • Rideshares can be scheduled in advance through authorized companies. Some popular rideshare companies are not allowed to operate at the airport.
  • ADO buses stop at each terminal and run every day. They go from the airport directly to ADO bus stations in different towns.
Ticket Purchases
Tickets are unavailable for purchase at the Cancun check-in counter. All tickets must be purchased at FlyBreeze.com or in the Breeze app.
