Here are a few helpful tips to make sure your time at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport is smooth sailing: 

Address 

• 3087 Terminal Dr,: Hebron, KY 41048 

Departure 

• We suggest arriving 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. 
• Our ticket counter opens 2 hours before departure. Airport Team Members are available during this time to check bags and support Guests' questions. 
• Our ticket counter is on level 3 of the main terminal, just past Delta. 
• Checked bags must be checked in no later than 45 minutes before departure. This is when our ticket counter closes. 
• If you don't have any bags to check, head straight to the security checkpoint. 
• After clearing security and proceeding down two escalators, you'll be in the transportation hall, which connects to our gates in Concourse B. 
• Taking the train from the transportation hall to the terminal is 4 minutes. Walking is less than 1,500 feet or 6 minutes. Moving walkways are also available. 
• Your gate number can be found on your boarding pass and airport displays. 
• Be at the gate ready to board no later than 30 minutes before departure. 

Arrival 

• All B gates lead to a central hub where you'll find an information desk and airport directory. 
• Proceed down to the lower level to get to the transportation hall. 
• Follow the signs for baggage claim and ground transportation. Stay to your right for the down escalator or elevator. 
• Once you reach the transportation hall, continue straight for the trains or walking option. 
• Arrival bag claim carousels are located on Level 2 of the main terminal. Guests' bags will arrive at carousel 4. 

Transportation 

• Premium valet and long-term garage parking options are available, along with uncovered lots with shuttle service. 
• Rental car desks are down the hall from baggage claim in the terminal in Ground Transport West. 
• Hotel shuttle pickup is outside of Ground Transport West, while taxi, rideshare, and bus connections via TANK are available via Ground Transport East.
