Here are a few helpful tips to make sure your time at John Glenn Columbus International Airport is smooth sailing:

Address 

• 4600 International Gateway; Columbus, OH 43219 

Departure 

• We suggest arriving 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. 
• Our ticket counter opens 2 hours before departure. Airport Team Members are available during this time to check bags and support Guests' questions. 
• Enter the airport through the main entrance. Our ticket counter is located by Spirit Airlines. 
• Checked bags must be checked in no later than 45 minutes before departure. This is when our ticket counter closes. 
• If you don't have any bags to check, head straight to the security checkpoint. 
• Our departure gates are in Concourse C. Your gate number can be found on your boarding pass and airport displays. Generally, we'll be using Gates C49 and C50. 
• Be at the gate ready to board no later than 30 minutes before departure. 

Arrival 

• If you've checked bags, follow airport signs to the bag claim. 
• Please check the display board for bag claim carousel details. 

Transportation 

• Valet and short- and long-term garage parking options are available, along with an uncovered lot within walking distance of the terminal plus two economy lots with shuttles that run every 15 minutes. 
• The rental car center is a quick shuttle ride from the arrivals curb outside the terminal. 
• Rideshare, taxis, and bus connections via COTA are all available near the main passenger pickup area.
