Here are some helpful tips to make sure your time at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport is a smooth ride: 

Address 

• 2400 Aviation Dr; Dallas, TX 75261 

Departure 

• We suggest arriving 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. 
• Our ticket counter opens 2 hours before departure. Airport Team Members are available during this time to check bags and support Guests' questions. 
• Our ticket counter is located in Terminal E, between JetBlue and Air Canada. If you don't see us, check behind the pillar. 
• The closest door is E7. 
• Checked bags must be checked in no later than 45 minutes before departure. This is when our ticket counter closes. 
• If you don't have any bags to check, head straight to the security checkpoint. 
• Your gate number can be found on your boarding pass and airport displays. Generally, we'll be using gate E7. 
• Be at the gate ready to board no later than 30 minutes before departure. 
• You’ll be using a jetbridge to board the plane. 

Arrival 

• If you've checked bags, follow airport signs to the bag claim. 
• Please check the display board for bag claim carousel details. 
• Generally, we'll be using carousel E5 or E4. 
• The lower level of Terminal E is home to rental car shuttles, hotel shuttles, and rideshare pick-up areas. 

Transportation 

• Valet and garage parking within walking distance of the terminal options are available, along with other covered and uncovered parking with shuttle access. 
• The rental car center is accessible by shuttle from the pick-up area on the lower terminal level. 
• Taxis are available on the lower level of Terminals A, B, C, D, and E while rideshare is available at the upper level of all terminals. 
• Public transit via the DART rail service can be accessed from Terminal A.
