Denver is currently taking a Breeze break. Purchasing reservations in person at the airport will be available again after we resume service.

Here are a few helpful tips to make sure your time at Denver International Airport is smooth sailing: 

Address 

• 8500 Peña Blvd; Denver, CO 80249 

Departure 

• Many parts of the airport are under construction. We suggest arriving 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. 
• Our ticket counter opens 2 hours before departure. Airport Team Members are available during this time to check bags and support Guests' questions. 
• Our ticket counter is on Level 5 in the West Terminal, next to Air Canada and Copa. 
• Checked bags must be checked in no later than 45 minutes before departure. This is what time our ticket counter closes. 
• If you don't have any bags to check, head straight to the security checkpoint. 
• Your gate number can be found on your boarding pass and the airport displays. Generally, we'll be using A gates. 
• Be at the gate ready to board no later than 30 minutes before departure. 
• You'll be using a jetbridge to board the plane. 

Arrival 

• If you've checked bags, follow airport signs to the bag claim area, which is located in the main terminal area to the right of security. 
• Please check the display board for bag claim carousel details. 

Transportation 

• A variety of premium, covered garage, and uncovered parking options are available, some within walking distance of the terminal and some with a shuttle service. 
• Shuttles to the rental car centers pick up outside both the east and west side of the terminal. 
• The transit center is on Level 1 of the terminal with RTD train and bus connections. 
• Taxi and rideshare services are also available on either side of the terminal.
