Here are some helpful tips to make sure your time at Erie International Airport is smooth sailing: 

Address 

• 4411 W 12th St; Erie, PA 16505 

Departure 

• We suggest arriving 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. 
• Our ticket counter opens 2 hours before departure. Airport Team Members are available during this time to check bags and support Guests' questions. 
• Ticket counters are located near the center of the airport terminal. 
• Checked bags must be checked in no later than 45 minutes before departure. This is when our ticket counter closes. 
• If you don't have any bags to check, head straight to the security checkpoint. 
• Your gate number can be found on your boarding pass and airport displays. Gates are on the second floor. Generally, we'll be using gate 5. 
• Be at the gate ready to board no later than 30 minutes before departure. 

Arrival 

• If you've checked bags, follow airport signs to the bag claim area. 
• Please check the display board for bag claim carousel details. 

Transportation 

• Uncovered short- and long-term parking options are available within walking distance of the terminal. 
• Car rental desks are located inside the terminal. 
• Rideshare and hotel shuttles are available on a limited basis outside the terminal.
