Here are some helpful tips to make sure your time at Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport is a smooth ride: 

Construction

Departure 

• We suggest arriving 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. 
• Our ticket counter opens 2 hours before departure. Airport Team Members are available during this time to check bags and support Guests' questions. 
• Our ticket counter is located on Level 1, between Southwest and Allegiant.  
• Checked bags must be checked in no later than 45 minutes before departure. This is when our ticket counter closes. 
• If you don't have any bags to check, head straight to the security checkpoint on Level 2. 
• Your gate number can be found on your boarding pass and airport displays. Generally, we'll be using Gate B2. 
• Be at the gate ready to board no later than 30 minutes before departure. 

Arrival 

• If you've checked bags, follow airport signs to the bag claim on Level 1. 
• Please check the display board for bag claim carousel details. 

Transportation 

• Valet parking is available, along with garages within walking distance of the terminal. Uncovered economy parking is also available with shuttle service. 
• Rental car desks are located inside the terminal. 
• Hotel shuttle service and rideshare are available outside the terminal.
