Here are a few helpful tips to make sure your time at Los Angeles International Airport is smooth sailing: 

Address 

• 1 World Way; Los Angeles, CA 90045 

Departure 

• We suggest arriving 2 1/2 hours before your scheduled departure time. 
• Enter the airport at Terminal 1. Our ticket counter is located on Level 2, by Southwest. 
• Our ticket counter opens 2 1/2 hours before departure. Airport Team Members are available during this time to check bags and support Guests' questions. 
• Checked bags must be checked in no later than 45 minutes before departure. This is when our ticket counter closes. 
• If you don't have any bags to check, head straight to the security checkpoint in Terminal 1. 
• Make your way to the bus zone for departure out of the West Gates at Tom Bradley International. 
• Your gate number can be found on your boarding pass and the airport displays. Generally, we'll be using Gates 201-210 on Level 4 for departures. 
• Be at the gate ready to board no later than 30 minutes before departure. 
• You'll be using a jetbridge to board the plane. 

Arrival 

• Guests will exit the plane and take the bus back to Terminal 1, Level 1 for bag claim.  
• Guests with only carry-ons can ride the bus back to Terminal 1 or the West Gates and make their way to Terminal B. 

Transportation 

• Short- and long-term garage parking structures are available within walking distance of the central terminal.  
• Economy garage parking and uncovered budget parking are also available with shuttle service. 
• Shuttles to rental car offices are available in front of each terminal on the lower/arrivals level. 
• Connections to the LAX City Bus Center and Metro C Line are available via shuttle on the lower/arrivals level. 
• Taxis and rideshare are available from the LAX-it area, which you can walk to from your terminal by following signage or take the shuttle from the lower/arrivals level. 
• Hotel shuttles are available on the upper/departures level by the red curbside pylons.
