Here are a few helpful tips to make sure your time at Louisville International Airport is a home run: 

Address 

• 600 Terminal Drive; Louisville, KY 40209 

Departure 

• We suggest arriving 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. 
• Our ticket counter opens 2 hours before departure. Airport Team Members are available during this time to check bags and support Guests' questions. 
• Our ticket counter is on the Departures level, between Southwest and Frontier. 
• Checked bags must be checked in no later than 45 minutes before departure. This is when our ticket counter closes. 
• If you don't have any bags to check, head straight to the security checkpoint. 
• Your gate number can be found on your boarding pass and the airport displays. Generally, we'll be using Gate B9 in Concourse B. 
• Be at the gate ready to board no later than 30 minutes before departure. 

Arrival 

• If you've checked bags, follow airport signs to the bag claim area on the lower level in the Arrivals area of the airport. 
• Please check the display board for bag claim carousel details. 

Transportation 

• Short- and long-term garage and surface parking options are available within walking distance of the terminal. Uncovered parking with shuttle access is also available. 
• Rental car desks are located near baggage claim in the terminal. 
• Rideshare, taxis, and hotel shuttles are available outside the west end of the terminal.
