Here are a few helpful tips to make sure your time at Dane County Regional Airport is smooth sailing:

Address 

• 4000 International Ln; Madison, WI 53704 

Departure 

• We suggest arriving 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. 
• Our ticket counter opens 2 hours before departure. Airport Team Members are available during this time to check bags and support Guests' questions. 
• There is only one terminal. Our ticket counter is between Doors 1 and 2. 
• Checked bags must be checked in no later than 45 minutes before departure. This is when our ticket counter closes. 
• If you don't have any bags to check, head straight to the security checkpoint. Dane County Reginal Airport is a smaller airport, so there are fewer security stations. Please give yourself enough time since TSA lines may be long. 
• Your gate number can be found on your boarding pass and the airport displays. Generally, we'll be using Gate 2.  
• Be at the gate ready to board no later than 30 minutes before departure. 

Arrival 

• If you've checked bags, follow airport signs to the bag claim area. 
• Please check the display board for bag claim carousel details. 

Transportation 

• Short- and long-term garage and uncovered parking options are available within walking distance of the terminal. 
• Rental car desks are located in the baggage claim area of the terminal. 
• Taxis, rideshare, and hotel shuttles, along with Madison Metro Bus service, are available outside the terminal.
