Here are some helpful tips to make sure your time at Tweed New Haven Airport is smooth sailing: 

Address 

• 155 Burr St; New Haven, CT 06512 

Departure 

• All ticket counters are in a portable building. Ours is the first desk. After you check in, you'll take your bags to another building. There’s airport signage to show you the way. 
• The bag-drop and TSA lines may extend outside, so please dress appropriately for the current weather. 
• If your flight departs before 9 am, our ticket counter is open 3 hours before the scheduled departure. 
• If your flight departs after 9 am, our ticket counter opens 2 hours before departure. 
• We suggest arriving when the ticket counter opens for your flight. 
• Checked bags must be checked in no later than 45 minutes before departure. 
• If you don't have any bags to check, head straight to the security checkpoint. 
• Your gate number can be found on your boarding pass and airport displays. 
• Be at the gate ready to board no later than 30 minutes before departure. 
• You’ll be using an outdoor ramp to board the plane. 

Arrival 

• If you've checked bags, follow airport signs to the bag claim area. 
• Please check the display board for bag claim carousel details. 

Transportation 

• Uncovered short- and long-term parking options are available. Lots A and B are within walking distance of the terminal, while Lot C has shuttle service. 
• Rental car desks are located inside the terminal. 
• MY Taxi and Lift rideshare services, along with bus service via CT Transit, are available outside the terminal. 
• Lyft is the only rideshare provider available for pickup at this airport. Other rideshare companies may require pickup off the airport property. Plan ahead by downloading the Lyft app here.
