Here are a few helpful tips to make sure your time at Norfolk International Airport is smooth sailing: 

Address 

• 2200 Norview Ave; Norfolk, VA 23518 

Departure 

• We suggest arriving 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. 
• Our ticket counter opens 2 hours before departure. Airport Team Members are available during this time to check bags and support Guests' questions. 
• Our ticket counter is located in the Main Terminal Lobby, next to Frontier. 
• Checked bags must be checked in no later than 45 minutes before departure. This is when our ticket counter closes. 
• If you don't have any bags to check, head straight to the Concourse B security checkpoint. 
• Your gate number can be found on your boarding pass and airport displays. Generally, we'll be using Gate B16. 
• Be at the gate ready to board no later than 30 minutes before departure. 
• You'll be using a jetbridge to board the plane. 

Arrival 

• If you've checked bags, follow airport signs to the bag claim in the Arrivals Terminal. 
• Please check the display board for bag claim carousel details. 

Transportation 

• Short- and long-term uncovered and garage parking options are available within walking distance of the terminal. 
• Rental car desks are located on Level 1 in the Arrivals terminal. 
• Rideshare and taxis are available outside the Arrivals terminal.
