Here are some helpful tips to make sure your time at Pensacola International Airport is a smooth ride: 

Address 

• 2430 Airport Blvd; Pensacola, FL 32504 

Departure 

• We suggest arriving 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. 
• Our ticket counter is on the main floor, between Southwest and Frontier. 
• Our ticket counter opens 2 hours before departure. Airport Team Members are available during this time to check bags and support Guests' questions. 
• Checked bags must be checked in no later than 45 minutes before departure. This is when our ticket counter closes. 
• If you aren't checking bags, you can head upstairs to go through security and get to your gate. 
• Your gate number can be found on your boarding pass and airport displays. Generally, we'll be using Gate 9. 
• Be at the gate ready to board no later than 30 minutes before departure. 

Arrival 

• If you’ve checked bags, follow airport signs to the bag claim area on the first floor.  
• Please check the display boards for bag claim carousel details. Generally, we'll be using Carousel 1. 

Transportation 

• Short- and long-term garage and uncovered parking options are available. Some lots are within walking distance of the terminal, and some lots have shuttle service. 
• Rental car desks are located near the baggage claim area on the first level of the terminal. 
• Hotel shuttles, rideshare, and taxis are available outside the terminal.
