Here are a few helpful tips to make sure your time at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is smooth sailing: 

Address 

• 3400 Sky Harbor Blvd; Phoenix, AZ 85034 

Departure 

• We suggest arriving 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. 
• Our ticket counter opens 2 hours before departure. Airport Team Members are available during this time to check bags and support Guests' questions. 
• Enter Terminal 3 through door 5. 
• Our ticket counter is located on Level One, by Frontier Airways and Spirit Airlines. 
• Checked bags must be checked in no later than 45 minutes before departure. This is when our ticket counter closes. 
• If you don't have any bags to check, head straight to the security checkpoint. 
• Your gate number can be found on your boarding pass and airport displays. 
• Gates are located on Level Four, E Concourse. Please check the airport displays for additional information. 
• Be at the gate ready to board no later than 30 minutes before departure. 
• You'll be using a jetbridge to board the plane. 

Arrival 

• If you've checked bags, follow airport signs to the bag claim on Level One. 
• Please check the display board for bag claim carousel details. 

Transportation 

• Short- and long-term garage and uncovered parking options are available, with most lots having access to the PHX Sky Train to connect to the terminal. 
• The Rental Car Center is located at the westernmost stop of the PHX Sky Train route. 
• Taxis, rideshare, and hotel shuttles are available outside each terminal. 
• Bus service via Valley Metro is available from the 24th Street and 44th Street PHX Sky Train Stations.
