Here are a few helpful tips to make sure your time at Portland International Jetport is smooth sailing: 

Special Items in Bags 

• Breeze does not allow live lobsters in carry-on or checked bags. 

Address 

• 1001 Westbrook St; Portland, ME 04102 

Departure 

• We suggest arriving 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. 
• Our ticket counter is on Level 1 of the main terminal, between United and Delta in the middle of the ticket counter section. 
• Our ticket counter opens 2 hours before departure. Airport Team Members are available during this time to check bags and support Guests' questions. 
• Checked bags must be checked in no later than 45 minutes before departure. This is when our ticket counter closes. 
• If you don't have any bags to check, head straight to the security checkpoint on Level 3. 
• Your gate number can be found on your boarding pass and airport displays. 
• Gates are on Level 2. Generally, we'll be using Gate 5. 
• Be at the gate ready to board no later than 30 minutes before departure. 
• You'll be using a jetbridge to board the plane. 

Arrival 

• If you've checked bags, follow airport signs to the bag claim on Level 1. 
• Please check the display board for bag claim carousel details.  

Transportation 

• Short- and long-term garage and uncovered parking options are available within walking distance of the terminal. 
• The car rental atrium is located in the parking garage. 
• Taxis, rideshare, and bus services via Greater Portland Transit District METRO are available outside the terminal.
