Here are some helpful tips to make sure your time at Portsmouth International Airport is smooth sailing: 

Address 

• 36 Airline Ave; Portsmouth, NH 03801 

Departure 

• Our ticket counter is on the main level. There are only two counters. 
• Our ticket counter opens 2 hours before departure. Airport Team Members are available during this time to check bags and support Guests' questions. 
• Checked bags must be checked in no later than 45 minutes before departure. This is when our ticket counter closes. 
• If you don't have any bags to check, head straight to the security checkpoint. 
• Gates are on the second floor. 
• Your gate number can be found on your boarding pass and airport displays. Generally, we'll be using Gate 2. 
• Be at the gate ready to board no later than 30 minutes before departure. 

Arrival 

• Follow airport signs to the bag claim on the lower level. 
• Upon arrival, please check the display board for bag claim carousel details. 

Transportation 

• Long-term uncovered parking is available with shuttle service. 
• The Enterprise rental car desk is located in the terminal near baggage claim. 
• Rideshare and bus services via Coast Bus Lines are available outside the terminal.
