Departure

• We suggest arriving at the airport when the check-in counter opens for your flight.
• Our check-in counter is located on Level 2 of the terminal, between Sun Country and Delta.
• Our check-in counter opens 2 hours before departure for domestic flights and 3 hours before departure for international flights. Airport Team Members are available during this time to verify documentation, check bags, and support Guests' questions.
• Checked bags must be checked in no later than 45 minutes before departure for domestic flights and 60 minutes before departure for international flights. This is when our counter closes.
• If you don't have any bags to check, head straight to the security checkpoint.
• Your gate number can be found on your boarding pass and airport displays.
• Gates are on Level 2. Generally, we'll be using Gates 8, 11, 12, or 14.
• Be at the gate ready to board no later than 30 minutes before departure.
• You'll be using a jetbridge to board the plane.​​​

Arrival

• If you've checked bags, follow airport signs to the bag claim on Level 1.
• Please check the display board for bag claim carousel details. Generally, we'll be using Baggage Carousel 4.

Transportation

• Short- and long-term uncovered and garage parking options are available within walking distance of the terminal from Garages A and B and Lot D, while Lots E and O offer shuttle service.
• Rental car desks are located at the InterLink facility accessible via the Skywalk.
• Hotel shuttles, rideshare, taxis, and bus services via RIPTA are available on the arrivals level.
• Additional RIPTA bus service and train services via MBTA are available from the InterLink facility.
