Here are a few helpful tips to make sure your time at Provo Airport is awesome: 

Before your trip 

• If you're traveling with ski or snowboard gear, review our sports equipment policies here. 
• Oversized items are often too large for TSA's automated services and take longer to get through screening. Please arrive at the airport 2 hours before your departure time. 

Address 

• 1331 Sky Way; Provo, UT 84601 

Departure 

• There is only one terminal and one arrival/departure level. 
• You can enter the airport through either set of doors. Our ticket counter is to the far right, by Allegiant Air. 
• Our ticket counter opens 2 hours before departure. Airport Team Members are available during this time to check bags and support Guests' questions. 
• Checked bags must be checked in no later than 45 minutes before departure. This is when our ticket counter closes. 
• If you don't have any bags to check, head straight to the security checkpoint. Since PVU is a smaller airport, there are fewer security stations. 
• Your gate number can be found on your boarding pass and airport displays. 
• Be at the gate ready to board no later than 30 minutes before departure. 
• There are 5 gates, 4 of which are inside the terminal. 
• The 5th gate is accessible via a covered walkway that originates from the main terminal. It's about a 5-minute walk from the terminal to the plane. While the walkway is heated in the winter, still plan for cooler temps. 
• You’ll be using an outdoor covered ramp to board the plane. 

Arrival 

• If you've checked bags, follow airport signs to the bag claim, which is to your right as you exit the secure area of the airport. 
• Please check the display board for bag claim carousel details. 

Transportation 

• A short- and long-term uncovered parking lot is available within walking distance of the terminal. 
• Car rental desks are available near baggage claim in the terminal. 
• Rideshare, hotel shuttles, and bus services via UTA are available outside the terminal.
