Here are a few helpful tips to make sure your time at San Bernardino Airport is smooth sailing: 

Address

Departure 

• We suggest arriving 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. 
• Our ticket counter opens 2 hours before departure. Airport Team Members are available during this time to check bags and support Guests' questions. 
• Our ticket counter is located in the main building. 
• Checked bags must be checked in no later than 45 minutes before departure. This is when our ticket counter closes. Because our flights are the start of commercial service out of San Bernardino, bag screening may take longer than expected. 
• If you don't have any bags to check, head straight to the security checkpoint. 
• Your gate number can be found on your boarding pass and airport displays. 
• Be at the gate ready to board no later than 30 minutes before departure.  
• You'll be using a jetbridge to board the plane. 

Arrival 

• If you've checked bags, follow airport signs to the bag claim area. 
• Please check the display board for bag claim carousel details. 

Transportation 

• Short- and long-term covered and uncovered parking options are available within walking distance of the terminal. 
• The Hertz rental car desk is located inside the terminal. 
• Rideshare is available outside the terminal via Lyft. 
• Bus service via OmniTrans is available within a short walk from the terminal on the corner of Del Rosa and Rialto.
