Departure

• We suggest arriving 2 1/2 hours before your scheduled departure time.
• Our check-in counter opens 2 1/2 hours before departure. Airport Team Members are available during this time to check bags and support Guests' questions.
• Our check-in counter is located in the new Terminal 1.
• Checked bags must be checked in no later than 45 minutes before departure. This is when our counter closes.
• If you don't have any bags to check, head straight to the security checkpoint.
• The TSA checkpoint can have long wait times. Please arrive early to ensure you're able to get through security in time for your departure.
• Your gate number can be found on your boarding pass and airport displays. Generally, we'll be using Gates 35 and 36.
• Be at the gate ready to board no later than 30 minutes before departure.
• You'll be using a jetbridge to board the plane.

Arrival

• If you've checked bags, follow airport signs to the bag claim.
• Please check the display board for bag claim carousel details.

Transportation

• Short- and long-term covered and uncovered parking options are available within walking distance of the terminal. Shuttle service and valet parking are also available.
• Shuttles to the Rental Car Center, hotel shuttles, rideshare, taxis, and bus services via the Metropolitan Transit System are available outside the terminal.
