Here are a few helpful tips to make sure your time at the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport is smooth sailing: 

Address 

• 6000 Airport Cir; Sarasota, FL 34243 

Departure 

• We suggest arriving 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. 
• After you enter the airport on Level 1, head over to our ticket counter at Airline Ticketing.  
• Our ticket counter opens 2 hours before departure. Airport Team Members are available during this time to check bags and support Guests' questions. 
• Our ticket counter opens 2 hours before departure. Airport Team Members are available during this time to check bags and support Guests' questions. 
• Checked bags must be checked in no later than 45 minutes before departure. This is when our ticket counter closes. 
• If you don't have any bags to check, head straight to the security checkpoint. 
• Your gate number can be found on your boarding pass and airport displays. 
• Gates are located on Level 2. Generally, we’ll be using Gate B2. 
• Be at the gate ready to board no later than 30 minutes before departure. 

Arrival 

• If you’ve checked bags, follow airport signs to the bag claim on Level 1. 
• Please check the display board for bag claim carousel details. 

Transportation 

• Short- and long-term covered and uncovered parking options are available. All long-term lots have shuttle service. 
• Rental car desks are located in the terminal near baggage claim. 
• Rideshare and bus services via Sarasota County Breeze transit and MCAT are available outside the west end of the terminal in the Ground Transportation area.
