Here are a few helpful tips to make sure your time at the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport is smooth sailing: 

Address 

• 400 Airways Ave; Savannah, GA 31408 

Departure 

• We suggest arriving 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. 
• Our ticket counter is located on the left side of Level 2, between Silver and Frontier.  
• Our ticket counter opens 2 hours before departure. Airport Team Members are available during this time to check bags and support Guests' questions. 
• Checked bags must be checked in no later than 45 minutes before departure. This is when our ticket counter closes. 
• If you don't have any bags to check, head straight to the security checkpoint. 
• Your gate number can be found on your boarding pass and the airport displays. 
• Be at the gate ready to board no later than 30 minutes before departure. 

Arrival 

• If you've checked bags, follow airport signs to the bag claim on Level 1. 
• Please check the display board for bag claim carousel details. 

Transportation 

• Short- and long-term garage and uncovered parking options are available within walking distance of the terminal, with shuttles available from overflow lots. 
• Rental car desks are located inside the terminal near baggage claim. 
• Rideshare and taxis are available outside the terminal.
