Address

  • We suggest arriving 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. 
  • Ticket counters are located between Door B and Door C. Our ticket counter is visible once you’re inside the terminal. 
  • Our ticket counter opens 2 hours before departure. Airport Team Members are available during this time to check bags and support Guests' questions. 
  • Checked bags must be checked in no later than 45 minutes before departure. This is when our ticket counter closes. 
  • If you don’t have any bags to check, head straight to the security checkpoint. 
  • There are 4 gates at the Springfield airport. These are found right after passing through the TSA checkpoint. 
  • Your gate number can be found on your boarding pass and the airport displays. 
  • Be at the gate ready to board no later than 30 minutes before departure. 

Arrival 

  • If you've checked bags, follow airport signs to the bag claim located at the east end of the terminal by car rental agencies and Door D.

Transportation 

  • A short- and long-term uncovered parking lot is available within walking distance of the terminal. 
  • Rental car desks are located on the east end of the terminal.

  • Airport Terminal Facility Door B opens 90 minutes before the first scheduled airport departure and closes each night at 11:30 p.m. or after the last airport flight arrives.
