Here are a few helpful tips to make sure your time at Syracuse Hancock International Airport is smooth sailing: 

Address 

• 1000 Col Eileen Collins Blvd; Syracuse, NY 13212

Departure 

• We suggest arriving 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. 
• As you enter the airport on the First Level, our ticket counter is on the left, between Delta and Southwest.  
• Our ticket counter opens 2 hours before departure. Airport Team Members are available during this time to check bags and support Guests' questions. 
• Checked bags must be checked in no later than 45 minutes before departure. This is when our ticket counter closes.  
• Gates are located on the Second Level, and we're in Terminal A.  
• Your gate number can be found on your boarding pass and airport displays. Generally, we’ll be using Gate 12.  
• Be at the gate ready to board no later than 30 minutes before departure. 
• You'll be using a jetbridge to board the plane.

Arrival 

• If you've checked bags, follow airport signs to the bag claim on the First Level. 
• Please check the display board for bag claim carousel details. 

Transportation 

• Short- and long-term garage and uncovered parking options are available within walking distance of the terminal. Economy parking offers shuttle service. 
• Rental car desks are located in the central terminal on the first level. 
• Rideshare and taxis are available outside each terminal. 
• Bus service via Centro is available outside Terminal A in the Arrivals A area.
