Departure

We suggest arriving 2 hours before your scheduled departure time.
Our check-in counter is the first counter. It opens 2 hours before departure time to check bags and support Guests' questions.
Checked bags must be checked in no later than 45 minutes before departure. This is when our counter closes.
If you don't have any bags to check, head straight to the security checkpoint.
Your gate number can be found on your boarding pass and airport displays. Generally, we'll be using Gate 6.
Be at the gate ready to board no later than 30 minutes before departure.
You'll be using a covered ramp to board the plane.
