Departure

• We suggest arriving 2 hours before your scheduled departure time.
• Our check-in counter is the first counter. It opens 2 hours before departure time to check bags and support Guests' questions.
• Checked bags must be checked in no later than 45 minutes before departure. This is when our counter closes.
• If you don't have any bags to check, head straight to the security checkpoint.
• Your gate number can be found on your boarding pass and airport displays. Generally, we'll be using Gate 6.
• Be at the gate ready to board no later than 30 minutes before departure.
• You'll be using a covered ramp to board the plane.

Arrival

• If you've checked bags, follow airport signs to the bag claim.
• Please check the display board for bag claim carousel details.

Transportation

• Long- and short-term uncovered parking lots are located directly across from the terminal. Parking rates are found here.
• Car rental counters are next to the baggage claim area.
• Taxi and limo providers are not located at the airport and must be scheduled in advance.
