Here are some helpful tips to make sure your time at Wilmington International Airport is smooth sailing: 

Address 

• 1740 Airport Blvd; Wilmington, NC 28405 

Departure 

• We suggest arriving 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. 
• Our ticket counter opens 2 hours before departure. Airport Team Members are available during this time to check bags and support Guests' questions. 
• If you're looking at the terminal from the outside, the ticket counters are to the right (south end). We're between American and Delta. 
• Checked bags must be checked in no later than 45 minutes before departure. This is when our ticket counter closes. 
• If you don't have any bags to check, head straight to the security checkpoint, which is in the middle of the terminal. 
• Your gate number can be found on your boarding pass and airport displays. Generally, we'll be using Gate 4. 
• Be at the gate ready to board no later than 30 minutes before departure. 
• You'll be using a jetbridge to board the plane. 

Arrival 

• If you’ve checked bags, follow airport signs to the bag claim. As you exit the secure area of the airport, turn right. Bag claim is at the north end of the airport. 
• Please check the display board for bag claim carousel details. 

Transportation 

• A short- and long-term uncovered parking lot is available within walking distance of the terminal. The shuttle lot offers shuttle service to the terminal. 
• Rental car desks are located inside the terminal. 
• Rideshare and taxis are available outside the terminal.
