Here are a few helpful tips to make sure your time at Harry Reid International Airport is no sweat: 

Address 

• 5757 Wayne Newton Blvd; Las Vegas, NV 89119 

Departure 

• Las Vegas is a busy airport. We suggest arriving 2 1/2 hours before your scheduled departure time. 
• Enter the airport at Terminal 3.  
• Our ticket counter opens 2 1/2 hours before departure. Airport Team Members are available during this time to check bags and support Guests' questions. 
• Our ticket counter is located on Level 2, between United and Alaska Airlines. 
• Checked bags must be checked in no later than 45 minutes before departure. This is when our ticket counter closes. 
• If you don't have any bags to check, head straight to the security checkpoint. 
• Head to the D Gates Concourse, which is easily accessible on the Red Line of the Automated Transit System located on the Zero Level of Terminal 3. 
• Your gate number can be found on your boarding pass and airport displays. 
• Generally, we'll be using Gate D4 or D21. 
• Be at the gate ready to board no later than 30 minutes before departure. 
• You'll be using a jetbridge to board the plane. 

Arrival 

• If you've checked bags, follow airport signs to the bag claim on Level 0. 
• Please check the display board for bag claim carousel details. 

Transportation 

• Short- and long-term garage parking options are available at Terminals 1 and 3, within walking distance of the terminal. It is recommended to make a reservation online in advance here. 
• Rent-A-Car Center shuttles, taxi services, and hotel shuttles are accessible from Level 1 of Terminal 1 and Level 0 of Terminal 3. 
• Bus service by RTC is available on Level Zero of Terminal 1 and Level 2 of Terminal 3. 
• Rideshare is available on Level 2 of the Terminal 1 parking garage and the Valet Level of the Terminal 3 garage.
